Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural designs, concepts, and plans based on client requirements.
• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and resolve issues.
• Select materials and finishes that align with project goals and budget.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Licensed or registered architect (preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Excellent problem-solving, creativity, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
